This looks very farytale like, but I've seen plenty of castle reconstructions of the German areas that get very close to this. I very much like the selective placement of the machiculations, over more important walls.

Only the trebuchet appears out of place. You could surely put one on a bigger tower, but the windlass would take up too much space for most towers and it would be near impossible to make a trebuchet turn 360 on the tower. Even making small angle adjustments requires huge manpower, and possibly horses or mules, which cannot be used on top of a tower. An older onager, or ballistra would make far more sense.
